Roundness Introduction
Roundness measuring instrument is benchmark against precision rotary center, the quantitative evaluation of the cross-section roundness is made by measuring the radius variation of actual contour of workpiece in different angle position to rotary center by sensor. It is used to measure the cross-section roundness and coaxiality of internal rotation and external rotation and face runout, etc.

Technical features

Cylindricity measuring instrument is benchmark against precision rotary center and linear motion guide, the quantitative evaluation of the cylindricity is made by measuring the radius variation of actual contour of several cylindricity surface in different angle position to rotary center by displacement sensor in the guide. It is used to measure the error of contour shape of cylindricity workpiece (Roundness, cylindricity, planeness, straightness), position error (concentricity, coaxiality, run-out and perpendicularity)

Surface roughness tester
Measurement principle: When measuring roughness of part surface, the pickup is placed on the surface of the part and then tracing the surface at constant rate. The pickup acquires the surface roughness by the sharp stylus in pickup. The roughness causes displacement of pickup which results in change of inductive value of induction coils thus generate analogue signal which is in proportion to surface roughness at output end of phase-sensitive rectifier. This signal enters data collection system after amplification and level conversion. After that, those collected data are processed with digital filtering and parameter calculation by DSP chip and the measuring result can be read on OLED, printed through printer and communicated with PC.

Measuring principle
Contour measurement: The measuring principle of this instrument is the rectangular coordinate measuring method, through X-axis, Z-axis sensor, mapping the surface contour coordinates point of the part under test, data transmission the coordinates point to the upper PC by electrical components.
To do the mathematical treatment on the original collected coordinate data by software, marked with the required engineering survey projects.
Roughness measurement: Using differential inductive roughness sensor, it is an advanced and high-sensitivity induction coil technology and structure design.
It still has extremely high linearity accuracy in a wide range of measurements. the measuring device uses a design technology without a guide and uses a precision slideway as the measurement benchmark., only the residual value of the contour is less than 0.005μm, and the measurement accuracy is high.
In addition to measuring the absolute position of the surface roughness of the part, it also has an advantage and outstanding measurement ability when measuring the roughness of the inclined surface and arc.
